I have had 3 Dana Buchman purses from Kohl's in Mishawaka, IN. The straps all begin to fray and crack after 1-2 months. I though perhaps I had just purchased a lemon- not-- unless they are all lemons! I cannot find my receipt but my last exchange Kohl's was not kind and there was only 2 choices. I have had other purse (less expensive) for years and have not had this problem-only with the Dana purses.
